What is Freemansburg Storage Depot?
We are a 666-unit self-storage facility located in the Bethlehem, PA area, providing over 100,000 feet of storage solutions for residents and students of the area, rented on a monthly or annual basis.
What’s the difference between and indoor and outdoor unit?
Indoor units – including our climate-controlled units – are protected from the elements and have broad hallways, loading docks of various heights and wheeled moving carts to more easily move your belongings. Outdoor stand-alone units offer drive-up access at ground level.
Can you accept package deliveries and mail on my behalf?
We generally do not accept packages. However, special accommodations may be made with the manager.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Check or Money Order. If you use the night payment box to drop your payment, please DO NOT put cash in this box! We do not currently offer online bill pay.
Do I get a key?
There is no key given. Each tenant is given a gate access code for entry to the facility. You must procure your own lock for your individual unit. Locks are available for purchase at the facility office.
Does my unit include insurance?
The price of your storage unit includes insurance. You may also be covered through your homeowners insurance. Check with your insurance agent.
Do you take reservations?
We do not accept reservations. All of our units are rented on a first come-first served basis, but calling ahead to check availability is recommended.
